Meet Dr. Ravi Doctor

Dr. Ravi Doctor was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He did his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University, and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

He is a professional member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Fort Worth Dental Society, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.  He is certified with the Academy of Laser Dentistry, and the American Academy of Orthodontics. He was also honored in 2004, 2005, and 2006 by being named in the Top Docs issue of the Fort Worth Star Telegram as one of the top cosmetic dentists in the Arlington area

Dr. Doctor goes through 200 hours a year of extensive continuing education programs. He is a member and graduate of the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education (FACE) in San Francisco, California, a group of dental professionals who share their extensive experience with dental reconstruction techniques. He has recently completed his training at the Eubanks Teaching Institute in Plano Texas that trains dentists from around the world. They instruct them in the skills that create cosmetic, physiological, and emotional wellbeing for patients, and also teach dentists the latest techniques to resolve TMJ and bite problems. 

Dr. Doctor volunteers at Mission Arlington, the Dental Health for Arlington Clinic which assists the economically disadvantaged. He also participates in the Save A Smile program which targets underprivileged children.

He has practiced dentistry for nearly 20 years.
