Carmen RDA/Phlebotomy Technician/Office Manager/Assistant
Originally from California, Carmen moved to Texas in 2006 and has never looked back. With over 20 years of experience, her expertise ranges from routine dental procedures to insurance claims to even doing complex surgical and orthodontic procedures. She is the driving force behind the entire team and encourages all staff members to do their best by setting the ideal example of premium work ethic. While invaluable to her office family, Carmen effortlessly manages her house of 5 boys with her husband with the same level of love and efficiency.
Kristaline RDA/Phlebotomy Technician/Insurance Coordinator/Notary
Kristaline is the first friendly face you are sure to see! Kristaline works as our insurance coordinator, helping patients effectively utilize their dental benefits. Furthermore, she juggles our busy phone lines all the while maintaining her signature smile and friendly disposition! When she’s not delivering the highest level of care to patients, Kristaline enjoys spending time with her family, dancing to upbeat songs, swaying to country music, and swimming with friends.
Neima was born and raised in the California Bay area. She moved to Texas when she was 15. She fell in love with this beautiful state so she decided to make it her home. She studied cosmetology and did hair for a couple of years. Shortly after working in the world of cosmetology she was introduced to dentistry. She was fascinated by the dental arts and gave up cosmetology to become a Dental Assistant. She is very gentle and caring and on occasion she will come in to help us out. She love's children and she teaches Sunday school for kids age 5-6 at her church. In her free time she enjoys music, dancing, sewing, arts and crafts, planning birthday parties and bike riding.
Melissa has over 18 years of experience in the dental field. She originally completed her training in Denver, Colorado. She has been part of our dental family for 8 years. She is full of dental knowledge and is happy to educate her patients on proper home care for all procedures.
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, Karen worked as a dental assistant for 15 years before pursuing her dream of becoming a dental hygienist. After graduating dental hygiene school in 2013, from Pima Medical Institute, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Karen packed her bags and headed to the great state of Texas. She now resides in Fort Worth, Texas and spends her free time hiking, riding her bike, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Karen has a warm and caring nature as well as gentle mannerism. She is very popular with all of our patients and we love calling her one of the family.
Crystal RDA / Assistant
Crystal earned her Registered Dental Assistant Certification in 2005 at Tarrant County College in Hurst. She is thrilled to contribute her skills and knowledge to our practice. Crystal’s interest in dentistry was first peaked when she started working alongside her mother at her family’s dentist’s office in her hometown of Irving, TX. Her favorite part of dentistry is helping people overcome their fears by walking them through their treatment and watching their smiles transform. Crystal and her husband have been happily married for 17 years. She is a proud mother of two adorable children. She enjoys spending her free time at her son’s baseball tournaments and her daughter’s soccer games.
Guillermo RDA/ Assistant
Guillermo earned his RDA in 2014 from Grayson College and went on to work in a pediatric dental office before joining our team in early 2018. Since then he has also earned credentials as a certified Phlebotomy Technician. When Guillermo isn’t lending his talents to Doc’s team, he enjoys running, swimming, soccer, brunch and playing with his puppy, Teddy.
Kristin RDA/ Assistant
Kristin, a Texas native, was born in Midland, grew up in San Antonio and moved to DFW when she was 14. Kristin discovered her passion for dentistry the summer of her junior year of high school while working at a private practice sterilizing instruments. Since then she has worked a wide variety of jobs including banking and accounting before coming back to dentistry in 2012. When Kristin isn’t utilizing her skills in dentistry, you can find her on the golf course with her daughter Kahlyn Marie, in the kitchen preparing meals for family and friends, or expressing her creativity through up cycling and refurbishing furniture. Kristin also stays active through crossfit and in supporting our troops through a variety of veteran support organizations such as 22 Kill and Veteran Me.
