I’m rating Dr. Ravi and his staff 5 stars because I’ve been dealing with my teeth for over 17 years, from Monarch to Brident to other privately owned dentist (5 or 6) in the DFW area, I can honestly say this was my first time leaving a dentist office impressed and praising everyone for providing first class VIP treatment! He has all the latest technology, tools and credentials! My first visit we took X-rays, CT and some new imaging that was new to me but well worth it and once they reviewed and had time to go over an treatment plan, I came back in his office where he shows you everything up close where you can actually see everything! I need to brag on my tech, Erica who was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! She put me at ease explaining what was going to happen before hand in detail which I appreciate and she made sure I was comfortable from start to finish! Erica is your top performer employee at work, I see those qualities in her! She took note of my concerns and communicated this to Dr. Ravi. This office is extremely thorough and practical. It’s money well spent trust me as someone who’s paid thousands of dollars over the span of 17 years I’d do anything to turn back the clock and start with Dr. Ravi! They are caring people, It’s not a “do the bare minimum “ at this clinic I can assure you! I almost didn’t make my appointment because of anxiety so when I called to reschedule, Carmen talked me through it put me at ease and I’m glad I decided to trust her because they followed through on there word! It’s been a nightmare for me to find a quality dentist you can trust! I’ve already recommended Dr. Ravi to my best friend. This is a whole mouth wellness center so from teeth cleaning, crowns, root canals and implants to your airway etc he covers so many things which you want if your like me experiencing issues that require crowns and root canals all the time. I never rate anyone or any place a 5 because I feel no person/place/thing is perfect, we’re only human but I had to rate this Dentist and staff a 5 because of my experience! So this is my first 5 star rating!! I didn’t feel the numbing shot at all (this is a gift only a select few have!) I was relaxed the entire time, they checked in on me numerous times to make sure I was ok and comfortable. I can’t say enough about my experience today! Dr.Ravi and staff restored my trust and faith in getting to see the dentist ASAP so I’m not having to pay more money in the long run because of the anxiety that comes from dental work done wrong! I feel I received princess treatment with them and I know I found my forever dentist! (As long as my insurance is accepted!) 😉 As someone who experiences crippling anxiety before seeing the dentist, I can assure you this place will help restore your peace of mind going forward. For the first time in 17 years, I feel like I’ll have no anxiety when I return to Dr. Ravi’s office after what I experienced today!

I'm glad to see they have finally returned home to their old location, but with a new State-of-the-art facility. Courtesy, knowledgeable, friendly staff make this an enjoyable experience one can possibly hope to have at a dentist's office. 😉 Thank you, Dr. Doctor and fam. You guys are the best. Oh, and they also do orthodontics and work with sleep apnea. Your true one-stop shop for your smile.

Did a sleep study through this office and based up the results, Dr. Ravi Doctor explained he couldn’t make a night guard that would help my condition, as mine was a central nervous condition. My brain was forgetting to tell my lungs to breathe at night! Yikes. Took his advice and saw a sleep doctor who prescribed me a CPAP. 70 days using the CPAP and my life, and health, have changed for the better. Wouldn’t have known about my condition without Dr Doctor’s sleep study. Thank u Dr Ravi Doctor!!! You’ve given me a couple extra years potentially.
